| At Wild Ocean Seafood Market we are dedicated to making sure you get the freshest seafood delivered to your door. Using modern technologies our fishermen are able to "flash-freeze" their catch. Immediately upon bringing the catch aboard it is blasted with extremely cold air (60° below zero, or colder) allowing for the seafood to retain an unparalleled freshness. Your fish, shrimp, shellfish and other seafood now look, smell, and taste fresher than ever before. | Many retail stores thaw their flash-frozen seafood for display, but this actually shortens the shelf-life. Since freshness is so important to us, we don't thaw flash-frozen products before sending them to you. Sometimes, however, shrimp or fish will arrive to you partially frozen; don't re-freeze them—keep your Wild Ocean Seafood in your refrigerator until you're ready to enjoy it. |
